Ibiza Padel Travels (Rijssenbeek Producties BV) arranges padel holidays in Ibiza. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you share with us through the enquiry form, the booking forms on our Padel Holidays pages, or by email.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or start a booking, we collect the details you fill in, typically your name, email, phone number, country, group size, travel dates, trip type, hotel preference, budget and playing level, plus any message you add. If you proceed to a paid deposit, our payment provider also processes the payment details needed to complete that transaction.

Why we collect it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, put together a proposal for your trip, arrange the booking with our hotel and court partners, and process any deposit or payment you agree to. We do not use it for anything beyond arranging and supporting your trip.

Where it goes

Enquiry and booking data is stored in our CRM (HubSpot) so our team can follow up personally and keep track of your trip. Payments and deposits are handled by our payment provider, Mollie, which processes card and payment details directly. We do not store your payment card data ourselves.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to arrange your trip and to meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations afterwards, generally no longer than a few years after your trip. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time, see the contact details below.

Your rights
