Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every padel holiday you book with Ibiza Padel Travels, the travel brand of Rijssenbeek Producties BV. By requesting a proposal, confirming a booking or paying a deposit, you agree to the terms below. Because this is a draft pending legal review, the final version may differ, and the version shown here at the time of your booking is the one that applies.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every agreement between you and Ibiza Padel Travels for a padel holiday, weekender or custom trip. Where a specific written offer or booking confirmation says something different, that document takes precedence for your booking.

2. Booking and agreement

An agreement is formed once you confirm your booking and we accept it, which we confirm in writing. Each trip runs with a minimum and a maximum number of participants. If the minimum is not reached, we may move you to another date or cancel the trip and refund what you have paid.

3. Payment

To confirm your booking you pay a deposit of 50% of the trip price, securely online through our payment provider, Mollie. The remaining 50% is due 2 months before departure. If the balance is not paid on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled and keep the deposit. All prices are per person and include VAT.

4. Changes and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your booking, let us know as soon as possible and we will tell you what is still possible. You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before departure, in which case your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel between 4 and 2 months before departure, the 50% deposit is the cancellation fee. From 2 months before departure the full trip price is due and cancellation is no longer possible, as the courts, hotel and coaches are then reserved for you. Not showing up means the full trip price remains payable. We may make reasonable changes to the programme, hotel or coaches where circumstances require it, and will always aim for an equivalent alternative.

5. What's included and not included

What is included is set out on the trip page and in your booking confirmation, and typically covers your nights with breakfast, the padel programme, and transfers between the hotel and the club. Flights to and from Ibiza are not included and are arranged by travellers themselves. Travel insurance, city tax, and lunches and dinners are not included unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

Padel is a physical sport. Participation in any padel activity we organise is entirely at your own risk. You take part in a condition that allows it and follow the reasonable instructions of our coaches and partners. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to your belongings during the trip. We strongly recommend arranging your own travel and cancellation insurance before you travel.

7. Force majeure

If circumstances beyond our control make a trip impossible or unsafe, such as extreme weather, travel restrictions, the loss of a venue permit or a pandemic, we may reschedule, adjust or cancel the trip. In that case we will offer an alternative date or a fair refund of the parts we can still recover, without any further compensation.

8. Complaints

If something is not right during your trip, tell us and our on-site partners straight away so we can try to fix it on the spot. Any complaint must also be reported to us in writing within 48 hours, at info@ibizapadeltravels.com, so we have a fair chance to resolve it.

9. Governing law

These terms and every agreement between you and Ibiza Padel Travels (Rijssenbeek Producties BV) are governed by Dutch law.
